Home Buyers Tax Credit Extended & Expanded!
The tax credit was recently extended, allowing up to an $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers, or anyone who hasn't owned a home in the last 3 years. In addition, a new tax credit of up to $6,500 for qualified repeat home buyers was authorized. To learn more, check out the frequently asked questions on the federal housing tax credit website. Latest News: Update On The Bypass
On September 15, 2009 the draft updated Metro 2035 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP)was released according to the I-5 to 99W Connector Project website. On February 25th, 2009, the I-5 to 99W Connector Project Steering Committee recommended to Metro that the Three Arterial Corridor Alternative ( Alternative 7) be included in the RTP.
