Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource
I have just completed the National Association of Realtors Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource training and I am now a certified SFR. I have been asked to explain what a short sale is. Simply put, when you owe more on your house than you can sell it for and the time comes to pay off the mortgage you are “short.” If you, a friend or family member find themselves in this position communication is key, communication with the lender, with any other lien holders and with a Real Estate Broker who understands.
