I need to see your house. When you call for a listing appointment, I will come out to view your house. I need to know what makes your house special from all the other houses. I want to know of any recent updates or improvements you have made. I need to know your current interest rate and loan balance so I can prepare a seller's net sheet. I need to know how soon you have to move. I'd like to know why you are moving. Once I have seen your house and have this information then I can develop a marketing plan for your specific needs. I will also prepare a comparative market analysis. We will need to meet again to go over the market analysis, marketing program and to complete the paperwork to list the house. There are several disclosure statements that you will need to complete and I will help you with those.
