PREPARE THE HOUSE FOR MARKET
Melissa and I will come to the house to take photos and measurements and to discuss staging. A sign is ordered, property brochure created and the listing is submitted to the multiple listing service. Reverse prospect flyers are created and e-mailed to Realtors with clients who match your property. Your home has it's own webpage where customers can find additional photos. Print advertising is created and submitted to the appropriate publications. As showings begin to occur each and every agent who shows the property is asked to provide feedback from their customer. In usually less than the average market time I will call you with the words you have been waiting to hear.
